INFO: This is a stand-alone session. It's not required for you to have participated in the first class to be able to join. We will do a short repetition, but then we focus on NEW and DIFFERENT turns and spins that time.SCHEDULE:
11-12 Spinning Technique for Salsa Dancers (Open Level)
12-13 Salsa Bomba (Improver+)
SPINNING TECHNIQUE will help you understand the turns & spins you can do as a Salsa dancer. You will practice different spins, so you can blow your partners' mind in your next social dance.
SALSA BOMBA is an experiment: a solo class with no explanations. Music is playing non-stop. You will do moves first slow and then fast. There will be enough repetition for you to understand the move you are doing, but no pause. Think of it as a Zumba class, but Cuban Salsa. You'll need some endurance to make it through the hour & be prepared to get very sweaty.
★ PRICE★
Early-Bird Price (before 12/4):
250/one class
400/two classes
