Cancellation policy: When you schedule a lesson, you are reserving that slot of your instructor’s time and event space. We understand things come up, but we need at least 24 hours to attempt to fill your slot (think of this as buying a ticket for that lesson time. We’re happy to resell your ticket if you give us enough time). If cancelled within the 24-hour period, you will be charged for the lesson in full and no refund or reschedule date will be available.*Refunds: All of our lessons are nonrefundable and non-transferrable. You can however reschedule for a future lesson (if applicable) if given 24-hour notice.
