Salsa Pulse Presents:SALSA DANCING LESSONS at Miss Chantel’s Star Dance Academy (200 Research Pkwy | Meriden 06450)
Gosia & Rob are back for an 8 week Spring Session, featuring 3 classes:
Level 1A: Beginner
This class is designed for the Day 1 Beginner. Participants will learn basic footwork, musical timing, partner connection, and simple (but stylish) leads/turns/walks with a partner.
Level 1B: Experienced Beginner
This class is designed for dancers “newer” to Salsa Dancing, but already possessing the knowledge of and ability to lead/follow Right and Left Turns, Cross Body Leads, Traveling Turns, and other Basic fundamentals. Participants will lead/follow 2 handed maneuvers and turns, checks, additional traveling turns, and more!
Level 3C: Intermediate
This class is designed for the experienced dancer looking to add some complexity, as well as style and flare to their already-existent fundamentals. Participants will utilize Baskets, Copas, Double Turns, Hammerlocks, 360’s, and MANY MORE higher-level variations in this challenging and exhilarating class
Wednesdays: April 22 - June 10
Level 1A/1B: 6:30-7:40
Level 3C: 7:40-9:00
