Salsa Focus Lab (Level 100 series | On1): Turn Prep & Balance

If turns make you feel off-balance, rushed, or dizzy, this class is for you. We’ll focus on

the foundations that make turns easier: weight placement, controlled prep, clean stops,

and staying grounded while moving.

What you’ll work on:

• Turn prep mechanics (before you spin)

• Balance drills and clean stops

• Weight placement and control

• Timing confidence through transitions

Pre-registration required. Door registration only if space allows.
