Join us for a full Saturday of Salsa training designed to level up dancers at every stage of their journey. Each workshop builds confidence, technique, and musical flow while giving you clear tools you can use immediately on the dance floor. Come for one workshop or train all day!

🕛 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
Beginner Salsa Partnerwork Workshop
A perfect starting point for absolute beginners and newer dancers.
Learn the foundations of partnerwork, including:
- Basic steps & timing (On1)
- Right and left turns
- Cross-body lead technique
- Connection, frame, and communication
- A beginner-friendly combination to tie everything together
No partner required. No experience needed.

All-Levels Salsa Musicality & Timing
This solo workshop is designed to help you understand salsa music and lock into the timing with clarity and confidence. We’ll break down how to hear the rhythm, identify key instruments, and stay grounded in your timing—so your dancing feels more natural, musical, and controlled.
What we’ll focus on:
- Finding and staying on Salsa On1 timing
- Understanding the structure of salsa music
- Identifying instruments and vocals that guide your movement
- Improving your musical awareness and consistency
- Solo drills to help you apply everything immediately
Whether you’re brand new or have been dancing for a while, this workshop will help you tighten your timing and deepen your connection to the music.
No partner needed — this is a solo training experience.

Workshop III — Cross-Body Lead Variations
(Advanced Beginner / Intermediate)
This workshop focuses on building smooth, clean, and versatile cross-body lead variations from both open and closed positions. We’ll explore different turn options and transitions to help you expand your partnerwork while staying controlled and connected.
What you’ll work on:
- Clean cross-body lead technique
- Variations from open & closed position
- Turn combinations and transitions
- Lead clarity & follower responsiveness
Perfect for dancers looking to add variety, improve flow, and feel more confident in partnerwork.
