Join Alaysia for a Salsa Body Movement Series beginning December 2nd. Learn the foundations of body movement to help you look smoother, more fluid and more comfortable on the dance floor. This is a solo dance class that will focus on shines, body mechanics and musicality. Learn to move your whole body naturally and feel more confident with your movement, whether you are dancing solo or with a partner.
You can register for the whole series or drop in. Cost for the whole series is $110. Drop in is $23.
