Salsa & Bachata Lesson with Felix & Anna at Evermore Hall

About this Event

Doors open at 6:00 and our bar will be in full swing if you would like to grab a drink (or two!) before class. At 7:00 PM, instructor Felix Ortiz will lead a Salsa dancing lesson for the first hour, followed by an hour-long Bachata dance lesson with Anna Surkova. At 9:00 PM after both classes, you will have the chance to show off your new moves on the dance floor with a cash bar and dance floor until 11:00PM.

$15 ticket includes admission into the event, both lessons, and the dance party. Add on a drink ticket to your purchase for a 50% discount off your first beer or cocktail.

Info: Felix Ortiz of BailaAlbany will be instructing a Salsa lesson: "My love of dance began at a very early age when my grandmother would drag me on the living room floor as a child during one of her many holiday parties. Her love of dance was intoxicating. When I moved up to Albany in 20001 knew I needed dance to be more a part of my life. Since then I have danced across the country, taught at numerous venues, hosted events of all kinds and even owned/co-owned two different dance studios solely dedicated to Latin dance instruction. I am a
father to a wonderful child who is also an avid dancer.
