About the Texas Salsa Congress
The Texas Salsa Congress (TSC) has spent seventeen years helping create partnerships and establishing events that are open to the public in Houston and its surrounding communities. The TSC curates a variety of music and dance events throughout Houston for all ages. The TSC is known for producing seasonal weekly events such as Latin Beats at the Downtown Aquarium, which has taken place for more than sixteen years and is free and open to all ages.
