Salsa & Bachata Group Class

With the Holiday season and parties around the corner, let’s shape up our dance and finish this year strong!

Through playfully and intentionally crafted small group classes, we’ll dive into salsa and bachata fundamentals, exciting movement combinations, styling and tools for connected, memorable partner dances, as well as confident dancer mindset!

Whether you’re familiar with salsa and/or bachata, or you’re a shy beginner with “two left feet”, looking for new hobbies and creative ways to work out, at the end of the class, you’ll be more comfortable being out of comfort zone, more confident on and off the dance floor, more connected to your inner power and joy, more flexible, and more inspired to pursue your passion and goals!

Dancing is a perfect combination of physical activity, social interaction, mental stimulation and self love & development.

The climax of the journey brings everyone together to integrate these skills through a celebratory social dancing, solidifying the learned techniques and connections at one of SF’s fun salsa/bachata venues!
