Join us for a 4-week progressive Salsa On1 series is designed to help you feel more confident, expressive, and natural on the social dance floor. This workshop is all about connection, creativity, musicality, and having fun while you learn with real growth every week!

Led by our wonderful teachers Alejandro & Jewell, this series is split into two levels so you can grow at the right pace and get the most out of your training.

✨ Level 1 Beginner: From 1:00pm – 2:30pm

(15 minutes break)

✨ Level 2 Intermediate: From 2:45pm – 4:15pm

WHAT TO EXPECT FOR LEVEL 1: “Foundations for Social Dancing” - 1:00pm - 2:30pm

Perfect for beginners or all level dancers who want to strengthen their foundation in a relaxed, social-dance focused environment. Brand new to Salsa? This is a great opportunity to start your dance journey with us!

✨ Over 4 weeks, we’ll focus on:

• Building a comfortable and confident the basic steps
• Exploring body movement and footwork to help you dance more naturally
• Developing creativity and improvisation in your social dancing
• Understanding musicality and how to “hear” the dance
• Learning how movement connects with partnerwork in a simple, enjoyable way.

This level is about feeling good while you dance, not overthinking it. No partner or experience needed to attend.

WHAT TO EXPECTO FOR LEVEL 2: “Partnerwork, Flow & Expression” - 2:45pm - 4:15pm

Level 2 builds on the fundamentals and takes your social dancing to the next level with more variety, flow, and connection.

✨ Over 4 weeks, we’ll focus on:

• More dynamic and playful footwork (shines) and partnerwork patterns
• Spins and turns with better control and clarity
• Improving connection so dancing feels effortless
• Flowing between steps instead of “thinking” steps
• Expressing yourself more freely while staying grounded in musicality

This level is designed for intermediate level dancers with at least 1+ year of consistent Salsa training and a solid understanding of basic partnerwork, timing, and social dance fundamentals.

**Requirement: Comfortable dancing On1 social Salsa, including basic turns, crossbody lead, open and close position and staying on time without assistance.
