If you have NEVER danced salsa before, or have very little experience dancing salsa, this is where you start!

Learn fundamental principles and techniques, footwork, partnerwork, and connection from day one!
Each class we will go over the basic step, plus a new foundational salsa move, including right and left hand turns, cross body lead, different basic step variations, frame, connection, etc.
By the end of the course, you'll be ready to step onto the social dance floor with confidence — starting with a strong foundation to build on as you grow. Once you learn the principles in Salsa 1, you will graduate to our Salsa 1.5 course.
This is a partially progressive 4-5 week course, depending on the month, always learning and improving our basic step, frame, connection, plus foundational moves to get you dancing!
