At this literary event Dr. Salman Akhtar will be discussing the nuances of what transforms mere words into poetry. Scion of a family of celebrated litterateurs, Dr. Akhtar is a distinguished poet and psychoanalyst, renowned for his profound contributions to both literary and psychological worlds. His poetry, often reflective and evocative, explores themes of identity, migration, and the emotional nuances of everyday life. As a psychoanalyst, he has authored numerous books and papers that have shaped contemporary understanding in the fields of psychiatry and psychoanalysis.
Dr. Akhtar is the author of over a hundred books of poetry and psychoanalysis, including his two most recent works "Aadha Ilaaj" and "Ghar ka Bhaidi", which he will be discussing at this event.
