1. I feel more comfortable being in my skin.

2. In my 20s and 30s, I felt like a zombie and had no idea how to do life. Now I feel integrated, whole and that I can take up space in the world.

3. I learned that I’ve experienced childhood trauma. That I was emotionally, verbally, and mentally abused by my father and that he has narcissistic traits. Before I thought all was normal. I now see how this trauma has been negatively effecting my life.
