What makes us cross the threshold and actually buy something from the person or business we do? What happens in our minds as we go through the decision process? Is this process entirely in our control? What's going on at a scientific level before we even get to the logic?
As Sales people, we have to understand this stuff to have the very best chance of someone buying from us. Small things can have a massive effect both to the postive and negative. It's not as simple as you might think!
At the return of Sales Club in October, we'll be discussing all of this, tackling some home truths from recent wins and losses and as ever, it will be engaging, fun, interactive and collaborative
