Salem from Boston: An Adults-Only Full-Day Trolley Tour
About this Event
Salem from Boston: An Adults-Only Full-Day Trolley Tour
The Salem Witch Trials didn't actually begin in Salem...
Join The Masshole Social Club for an adults-only day trip from Boston to Salem—with a private trolley, a whole lot of history, and plenty of opportunities to get your drink on.
We'll pick you up in Boston at 9 AM and head north to historic Salem Village (now Danvers), where the whole goddamn mess began in 1692. We'll visit the sites where the accusations, paranoia, and executions unfolded—including the Salem Village Parsonage site, Ingersoll's Tavern, and the Witchcraft Victims' Memorial.
Then we're heading into Salem.
From 1–4 PM, we'll drink our way through the city, seeing the iconic sights and hearing the stories that don't make it into your average Salem tour. Stops at local bars will be made along the way! 🍻
Because Salem's history is a hell of a lot more than witches.
We'll get into pirates, robberies, brothels, M**der, immigration, colonial trade, and Salem's long artistic history—all while your guide talks your ear off from the trolley.
We'll also hit some of Salem's most famous spots, including Proctor's Ledge, the Witch House, Ropes Mansion, Salem Common, Derby Wharf, the House of Seven Gables, and the infamous Hocus Pocus House.
And when we're not dragging you around to look at old-ass buildings, you'll have time to eat, drink, shop, explore, take pictures, hit the Halloween festivities, or wander off and make some questionable decisions of your own.
