With the very hot weather recently, we could all use some holiday cheer! The Salem Community Band will perform their 14th annual holiday concert at 7:00pm on Monday, December 16th at Salem High School's M. Ruth Norton Auditorium. Come gather and hear holiday and winter favorites performed by the Salem Community Band under the direction of Cynthia Napierkowski. The concert will conclude with Leroy Anderson's holiday classic, Sleigh Ride, written during a Summer heat wave in 1946 by Leroy Anderson for Arthur Fiedler and the Boston Pops Orchestra.
