Join Community Harvest Group's salami queen, Claire, as she teaches the Italian art of salami-making. You will prepare a 50cm long cacciatore-style salami to take home and wait to cure, then enjoy on your next charcuterie board.
A hands-on, budget-friendly, social, and informative session supported by Canning Show, you'll also have the opportunity to enjoy morning tea and gastronomically enhanced chats. Delizioso!

**MEMBERSHIP - PLEASE NOTE:
EVERYONE is welcome to this workshop, however please note:
- If you have already been to a Community Harvest event before and are not a 2024 CAHRS Member, you will also need to renew/purchase a Membership for $25.
- Becoming a member will see you receive the benefits below, including attending other Community Harvest events throughout the year without a need to pay membership again.
- Memberships can be paid before or at the workshop.
- If this is to be your first Community Harvest workshop, there is no need to purchase a membership as it will be considered a trial.

PROVIDED:
- All ingredients
- All kitchen equipment
- Tea & coffee
- Morning tea

TO BRING:
- Container at least 50cm long to take home salami stick
- Tea Towel
- Cooking apron (recommended but not necessary)
- Keep cup for tea/coffee
