Sake Day East

Celebrate World Sake Day! World Sake Day is an annual event held as a tribute and celebration of sake. This time is traditionally the beginning of the new sake brewing season in Japan. Join Sake expert Marina Giordano as she hosts the 2nd Annual Wine and Sake Day celebration Sake Day East on September 30th in Boston. This event is for 21+.

This Sake celebration is a chance for guests to feel transported into the world of sake with an educational experience/tasting. Guests can enjoy samples of various styles of sake from multiple brewers. 

Enjoy an evening of Sake tasting and a chance to explore the art of Sake from the world’s best distributors. Food from Firefly’s BBQ and cheese from Formaggio’s Kitchen will be available for purchase to complement the Sake. Other vendors include Koko Utsuwu handmade Japanese pottery and more. Check out Massachusetts' only local Sake brewery Farthest Star Sake who will be sampling off their truck. 

In addition to the general admission sake tasting take part in four small group special tasting sessions including a focused tasting by Alyssa DiPasquale with specific focuses taking place at The Koji Club right next door and/or purchase a VIP ticket to get early entry special reserve tastings and extra swag.
