Sake 101 at Gaijin

Enjoy a guided tasting highlighting of three sakes from Hakutusuru, one of Japan's most trusted sake producers since 1743. We will focus on a comparison of the differences in seimaibuai (rice grain polish level) and provide a variety to light bites to showcase tasting notes brought forth by different flavor pairings.

Please note that all attendees must be over 21 years of age. ID's will be checked at the door.
The tasting will take place at our bar and high top tables. Please let us know if any guests have dietary restrictions or mobility concenrs.
