Join us for a revitalizing morning vinyasa flow yoga session run by CorePower Yoga at Saje Natural Wellness on Abbot Kinney! Classes will be held May 20th, 21st, 27th, and 28th from 10:00am to 11:00am.

May 20th : Ashley Is

My style: Vinyasa flow that incorporates a moving meditation to create strength and fluidity in the body and mind.

May 21st : Alec Sp

Yoga is for everyone! Alec (500-HR RYT) has been teaching yoga since 2017. Her teaching style is fun, funky, athletic but most importantly approachable. Alec hopes that students leave class feeling empowered and stronger.

May 27th : Bianca Caidz

Bianca aims to lead classes that are empowering and intentional. She loves to help her students connect to their bodies and minds through focused breath and movement. She hopes to inspire growth and transformation both on and off the mat with her teaching.

May 28th : Janelle Terry

Hi! I’m Janelle and I teach C2. My teaching style is soothing, thorough, and playful. I love encouraging students to try adding new things to their practice and “just go for it” since that’s how we learn! I always incorporate at least one advanced arm balance or inversion for students to try out, often for the first time. To me, yoga incorporates both intense physical practice and intense mental practice and reflection equally. I strive for this balance in each of my classes!

We ask all students to arrive around 9:45am to set up and settle in. Please bring your own mat as they will not be provided. Complimentary drinks and aromatherapy application will be provided as well as a free gift with purchases over $75.
