This concert program distills the essence of six classical Chinese poems, weaving together the cycles of existence and the rhythm of nature’s transformations. Through music, it interprets the poets’ transcendent views on life, guiding the audience to experience the eternal cycles within a world of endless change.

With aspirations set high, the journey begins with Climbing the Stork Tower, as the rushing Yellow River and the grandeur of mountains stir our deepest yearnings, urging us onward to greater heights and broader horizons.

Along the way, as in Wang Wei’s Passing Xiangji Temple, we cultivate a calm, far-reaching mindset, embracing the unknown challenges of the journey with quiet acceptance.

Bu Suan Zi: Living in Seclusion at Dinghui Monastery reflects the hardships inevitably faced on this path. Amid trials and setbacks, we, like Su Shi’s solitary goose, may find ourselves at a crossroads. But here, we learn the art of resilience, of letting go and remaining steadfast in adversity.

Calming the Waves and Travelling Is Hard reveal the bold spirit and endurance of Su Shi and Li Bai—undaunted by hardships, they embody strength and resilience, urging us to break through life’s struggles with resolve and courage.

Finally, led by Du Fu in Gazing at Mount Tai, we ascend to lofty heights, gazing over endless mountains with a vast and boundless spirit, our hearts set on far horizons.

这套音乐会曲目从六首诗词中凝练出世间循环往复，万物迭代更替的规律，用音乐 诠释中国诗人超然的生命境界，带领观众在万变的世界中体验不变的生命循环。 带着登高远望的胸襟和希冀，从《登鹳雀楼》启程。以⻩河奔涌，山川壮丽，唤醒 我们心中的渴望与追求，激励我们攀登更高的山峰，追寻更广阔的天地。 踏入这趟旅程，如《过香积寺》中王维的空灵澈达，我们以宁静致远的心境接纳旅 途中未知的挑战。 《卜算子·⻩州定慧院寓居作》映射着路途中必经的磨砺，我们必将面对困境与挫 折，迷失路途的方向，但我们可以借鉴苏轼的精神，如同孤鸿不肯栖息，哪怕徘徊 于寒枝与冷洲之间，因为在这里在这里，我们将学会放下，学会在挫折中坚守。 《定⻛波》与《行路难》，带着苏轼身处逆境时毫不颓丧的旷达，带着李白面对坎 坷时横渡沧海的豪宕，向我们展现了冲破困顿的峥嵘气⻣和雄浑韧劲。 最后，由杜甫带领我们登顶《望岳》，俯瞰万山，胸怀广阔，心至远方。
