The Dow Event Center has a clear bag policy and is cashless for all events. Only credit cards and debit cards will be accepted at all points of purchase, including parking. Dow Bucks – Available at the Box Office in $5 increments for cash. Dow Bucks can be used at all concession stands managed by Legends throughout the building. $20 cash = $20 in Dow Bucks. (No limit per guest.) Only available with USD. Visa Gift Cards – Available in $20 increments at the Box Office. A $2 bank processing fee applies per card (i.e. $22 cash = $20 card value). Standard limit of 2 per guest, while supplies last. Exceptions may be made for higher-value purchases. Only available with USD. Small clutches no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 x 2 inches OR clear bags 12 x12 x 6 inches or smaller will only be permitted. No bags, backpacks or purses, other than those required for medical or parenting needs, will be permitted into the venue.
