Learn fire safety tips through hands-on activities and see firefighters in action during South Shore Fire Department’s Safety Day at Campus Park in Mount Pleasant. Activities will include fire extinguisher training, a smoke house that simulates a real fire, extrication demonstrations using the jaws of life tool on a real car, touch a truck, and a Flight for Life helicopter landing. Food trucks will offer meals, and a live DJ will play music.

🚫 No carry-in alcoholic beverages, glass containers, or dogs are permitted.
