Safety Boss 101 - Leading Without the Bandages is an event you don't want to miss! Join us at BBSI Santa Ana for a fun and informative workshop hosted by our team of seasoned Risk Management Professionals. This workshop will focus on the importance of effective and ongoing safety training, accountability, and continuous improvement. We will introduce the Six Cs of Trust (Competence, Consistency, Courage, Caring, Composure, Character) and discuss how you use them to be the most effective safety leader possible. We'll also discuss identifying and addressing potential safety hazards in a proactive way. This workshop is open to business owners and their leadership teams, however preference will be given to current BBSI Santa Ana clients.

Parking Information:

As of December 2024, BBSI Santa Ana has a new parking lot vendor, Metropolis. This vendor allows for completely ticketless parking! You will need to download the Metropolis app here (Metropolis) prior to your visit to BBSI Santa Ana. When downloading the app, you'll need to enter the license plate details of the vehicle you plan on driving to the workshop. Once you have the app dowloaded and your profile set up, you'll be able to drive through the parking gates without grabbing a ticket. We will validate your parking during the session, so you'll be able to drive right out once we're done.

Can't get enough of this topic? We are excited to host a one-hour webinar on Friday, February 7th from 10:00am-11:00am. During the webinar, we will review content from the workshop high-level and leave plenty of time for Q&A. This webinar is designed for those who could not attend the in-person session or would simply like to expand on their knowledge and have an opportunity to ask additional questions.
