Safety & Self-Defense Workshop - ROX on the Square

ROX works to empower and build the self-efficacy of girls and women through this complete safety and self-defense workshop, in an all-female environment.

In this safety and self-defense workshop, ROX staff will teach critical and evidence-based verbal and physical skills that can be used in high-pressure or threatening situations. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn statistics and common myths around harassment and violence along with tools and resources to increase communication and support in potentially difficult situations.

Through this powerful and supportive experience, participants will discover their strength, courage, and value.

Workshop is designed for girls and women, ages 10 and up. This event is free and open to the public with the generosity of our partners at: The Columbus Foundation, United Way of Central Ohio and VS&Co. Foundation. Registration required.
