About this Event
Our Food Handlers Training Program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the principles of food safety and the skills they need to handle food properly. This training is essential for anyone who works with food, including chefs, cooks, servers, and other food handlers.
During the training program, participants will learn about the following topics:
Foodborne illnesses and their causes
The importance of personal hygiene and proper handwashing techniques
Safe food handling practices, including proper temperature control, storage, and preparation techniques
Cleaning and sanitizing procedures for food preparation areas and equipment
The importance of pest control in preventing food contamination
Food allergen management and labeling requirements
Legal and regulatory requirements related to food handling and safety
Our training program is delivered by experienced and certified trainers who have a deep understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. The training can be customized to meet the specific needs of your organization and can be delivered either online or in-person.
Upon completion of the training program, participants will receive a certificate of completion, which can be used to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of food safety principles to their employers and customers and is valid for three years.
