In a nurturing and safe(r)* environment, release the pressures of the day, connect body and mind, and prioritize YOU.This specific class is masks required, to include our immunocompromised community members. All are welcome.
Guided reflection and journalling, very gentle yoga with self-love affirmations, optional sharing, and community.
Sound bath includes crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, ocean drum, and more.
Please include accessibility needs, accommodation requests, and preferences at registration, so I can include you when I create our practice. Reach out for low income options or if you have any questions!💜
Yoga mats, props, bolsters, floor seating with back support, and chairs provided, but feel free to bring your own.
First floor entrance – no steps.
No ADA door opener to entrance or bathrooms, but I am available for assistance.
