Welcome to the Safely Gathered Women's Retreat 2024!

Connect your mind and soul through an incredible presentation, music, and connection with others.
This is a women's retreat for anyone who falls under the spectrum of believing, non believing, nuanced, and anywhere in between. This retreat is to enhance your OWN growth. Hosted by Marriage on a Tightrope, this is an event exclusive to our community.
We are excited to announce that Dr. Jennifer Finlayson-Fife will be our day long presenter. She will be discussing the following:
"Sexuality and Self: Creating Strength in Ourselves and Our Intimate Relationships"
This will be broken up in to 1.5 hour discussions. The schedule is as follows:
Part 1: How the messages we have received about womens sexuality interfere with our inner peace and intimacy in our marriages.
Part 2: Self-less vs selfish: How our sense of self is related to sexuality and desire.
Part 3: How to develop our sense of self: Developing a stronger internal reference point.
Part 4: Developing our sexual sense of self: Eroticism and expanding our lives.
During the presentation, Dr. Finlayson-Fife will be discussing topics related to sexuality, self-identity, and intimacy. We understand that these topics can be particularly challenging for individuals who have experienced sexual abuse or trauma. Your well-being is our top priority, and we want to create a supportive environment for all participants.
If at any point during the presentation you feel uncomfortable or distressed, please feel free to step out of the room or take a break in whatever way you feel is best.
Retreat will also include:

A printed spiral workbook for note taking and pen

Break out groups/time to connect with other women
Raffle with prizes
This is limited to 120 people. We are giving full refunds up to 30 days before the event. After that there will be NO REFUNDS. There are no refunds for the eventbrite fee.
This is going to SELL OUT fast. We are going to give our community the first chance for tickets and then will release them to the public.
The EARLY BIRD price is $215. The price will go up to $245 on July 22nd.
If you've been to our retreats in the past, you will note that this one will be different. We have chosen an incredible venue with tables and super comfortable chairs. The venue also provides for plenty of parking and bathrooms to accommodate our large group.
We will be providing lunch only. Make sure to eat breakfast and bring snacks and a water bottle with you to the event. We will break for dinner and provide a list of places you can eat at nearby.
We are focused on the quality of presentation, learning, and connection that will happen at the retreat. We are excited to give more time for break out groups and connection.
To kick it off we will have a facebook group for attendees where you can meet, get discussions going, and ask questions. We will also do a Live Zoom meeting before the event starts. This is all in anticipation for you to meet others and connect before the day of the event.
