Raising Awareness of Domestic Abuse; Safeguarding Training for Clergy and Pastoral Leads

This training is in addition to the Core Modules of Basic Awareness, Foundation and Leadership. To attend this course, participants must be up to date with their Core Safeguarding Training up to and including Leadership.

Participants may have already completed this Raising Awareness of Domestic Abuse training online, however to become a Pastoral Support person for future parish/benefice located Raising Awareness of Domestic Abuse training sessions, they must also attend this face-to-face course.

The training consists of one session that will last approximately three hours. The trainer will take participants through information from a PowerPoint presentation, and assist them to complete short answer questions and some pair work/discussion activities designed to assist with learning.
