SAFE TO SLEEP: Refocusing our Efforts To Promote Safe Sleep

Join the Baltimore City and Baltimore County Health Departments for a Safe Sleep Summit to address sleep related infant deaths.
Between January 2025 and June 2026, 28 infants (19 confirmed, 9 pending) in Baltimore City and County have died in unsafe sleep environments. We know these tragic deaths are preventable.
At this summit, we will review recent Baltimore area data and trends in sleep-related infant deaths, discuss intervention strategies, and share local resources. Your partnership and participation are critical in averting further deaths.
This summit will take place on Tuesday, November 17 from 8:30AM-3:30PM.
Breakfast and lunch will be served.
