SAFE Symposium 2026

The SAFE Board of Directors extends a cordial invitation for you to join us at the 63rd Annual SAFE Symposium being held June 08-10, 2026, at the Mobile Convention Center in Mobile, AL.

This year’s symposium continues our tradition of being the premier forum for professionals, academics, engineers, and industry leaders who join together with the goal of advancing personal safety and protection in air, land, space, and marine environments worldwide.

What is included in my 3 day ticket ticket?

Every attendee ticket (including booth personnel) will include the following:

• Full access to the Symposium for all 3 days
• Access to the exhibit hall and all the exhibitor booths
• Complimentary catered buffet lunch each day
• Complimentary tea & coffee facilities throughout the day
• Access to all technical paper presentations and briefings
• Symposium evening reception which includes food and beverage service
• Access to register for all SAFE co-locating groups

Exhibitor Personnel and Exhibit Space Reservations: Exhibitors may cancel or reduce reserved exhibit space or exhibitor personnel by submitting written notice to the SAFE Administrator no later than Midnight, Eastern Standard Time, May 08, 2026. If an exhibitor cancels their exhibit space(s) or reduces exhibit personnel, SAFE will charge a 10% administrative fee of the total exhibit space and exhibitor registration costs up until Midnight, Eastern Standard Time, May 08, 2026. Exhibit spaces contracted or cancelled, and exhibitor registration reductions made after Midnight Eastern Standard Time, May 08, 2026, are NOT refundable. This includes sponsors.

Attendees Registration: Attendees may cancel their registrations to attend the symposium by submitting written notice to the SAFE Administrator no later than Midnight, Eastern Standard, May 29, 2026. If a registered attendee cancels, SAFE will charge a 10% administrative fee of the total registration rate until Midnight, Eastern Standard Time, May 29, 2026. Symposium attendance cancelled after Midnight, Eastern Standard Time, May 29, 2026, is NOT refundable.

• No technical session or in-session photography except photos taken by the official SAFE photographers allowed.

• Taking photographs inside the exhibit hall is only allowed for those photographing their exhibit, booth visitors or displays after the exhibit hall opens each day. To photograph anything inside the exhibit hall or area other than previously explained, you must receive prior informed consent of the individual or owner of the subject matter. Photographs may only be taken during regular exhibit hours with the consenting individual present while the photos are being taken.

• No photography is allowed in the exhibit hall before it opens or after it closes. All attendees are expected to comply.

• Photos will be taken by a SAFE contracted photography service which is sanctioned and controlled by the Symposium Committee. Please report any breaches of this policy tour symposium security service or a SAFE Board member.

• Members of the press are welcome at any time accompanied by a member of the SAFE Board of Directors. Contact Ms. Emma Sutcliffe at [email protected], the 2025 Symposium Committee Chair, to make arrangements.

Facility Carpet Color: Hall is NOT Carpeted - MANDATORY FLOOR COVERING IS REQUIRED.

• Only those who purchase a Diamond, Platinum, Gold or Silver exhibior sponsorship have carpet included within their order. Further details listed in Symposium newsletter.

End cap booths are not permitted.

To qualify you must be the following:

• U.S. & foreign personnel assigned to a military organization/installation holding a valid Active Duty Military or
• Department of Defense I.D/CAC card and members of the United States Coast Guard – Registration covers all 3 days - Identification will be confirmed

Four (4) complimentary guest passes per exhibitor (not per booth) are available each day of the symposium and can be picked up from the Registration Desk the morning of the day they are required and must be signed for by the exhibitor picking them up.

These guest passes are for visiting customers of the exhibitor, not spouses, friends, other exhibitor employees, consultants, or any exhibit booth personnel. Guest passes will be closely monitored. If guests wish to partake in the lunch provided to attendees, a $35 charge will be added at the time of issuing the guest pass.
