Safe Surrender 2022

Individuals with warrants in Osceola County for non-violent misdemeanors may be eligible to swap out their warrant at our Safe Surrender Event on Tuesday, October 18th from 8:00am-5:00pm at the Kissimmee Civic Center.

Participants must bring some form of photo identification. Must be an American Citizen or legal resident to participate.

This event is a collaboration between The Office of Kelvin Soto, Esq. Osceola Clerk of the Circuit Court & County Comptroller, Osceola County, State Attorney Monique Worrell’s Office, The Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, The Public Defender’s Office, Osceola County Corrections, St. Cloud Police Department, Kissimmee Police Department and Osceola County Sheriff’s Department.
