Don’t miss out on your chance to learn how to help your baby sleep soundly, develop sleep pattern workshop and set them up for a healthy future.Join the Elkhart County Family Resource Center and Triple P Elkhart County for our Safe Sleep and Developing Sleep Patterns Workshop on October 28th, at 3pm, November 25th at 10am and 3pm, and December 9th at 10am and 3pm at the Elkhart FRC (500 N Nappanee St, Suite 4A, Elkhart, IN 46514. These workshops are only offered in English right now.
The first 30 minutes of this free hourlong workshop will focus on steps for Safe Sleep for parents of babies, and the second 30 minutes will be a Positive Parenting Program presentation on proven strategies parents can use to help their baby develop healthy sleep patterns.
In addition to learning essential tips for keeping your baby safe each night, all attendees will receive a FREE Pack 'n Play and 5 BABE Coupons—an amazing opportunity for new parents!
