Safe Sisters Women's Circle

The Safe Sisters Women's Circle is a monthly in-person group for women who are local to Wilmington, DE, like to eat, and want to be a part of a community of women who desire deeper connection with themselves and each other. The group focuses on our individual journeys of emotional healing, and we come together to share our experiences and support each other.

It is a safe space to talk openly and cry - it's about being able to take off the masks we so often wear in daily life, and just be our raw, vulnerable selves in a place that is designed to be safe, brave, and free from judgment. Essentially, we're navigating through the shadows together. Generally the first half hour is eating and just chatting and getting to know each other before we dive in. I ask everyone to bring a dish to share because nourishing each other fosters really deep connection. Then we do a short guided meditation to transition us into the deeper healing conversations, and we close with a guided meditation as well.
