SAFE Healing Workshop

Hosted by SAFE, an organization advocating for survivors, this healing workshop offers a space for connection, self-compassion, and resilience. We’ll begin with a warm check-in, inviting each participant to share something or someone that brings joy to their life. Through open discussions on self-love, we’ll explore our own strengths. Participants will choose a rock, symbolizing resilience, and reflect on how its weathered surface mirrors the journeys we each face. We’ll finish by painting the rocks, adding our unique touch to symbolize personal growth. The session will close with a grounding exercise, leaving you centered and supported
