Welcome to "Safe Harbor" Teens Group!** A Suicide Prevention Group for Teens **
* This group is a peer-led support space for teens to talk, listen, and feel understood.
* What we are about:
> Real Conversations, no judgement
> Support from other teens who get it
> A safe place to share-or just sit and listen
> Learning ways to cope, connect, get through tough moments
* Who is welcome?
> Teens (ages 14-18) who want support, connection, or just a place to be themselves.
* What to Expect:
> Confidential, Respectful Space
> No Pressure to Talk
> Adult facilitator present as well as a licensed clinician for safety and support
** $40 per Session
Insurance can be billed or a sliding fee schedule can be arranged.
