SAFE Comfort Bags!Join us for this special ministry of service and community as we prepare SAFE Comfort Bags together. Everyone can participate—you don’t have to know how to sew. Stringers and ironers are always needed!
✨ What’s happening:
Sew-In: Sunday, August 31, after church (lunch provided in Kleberg). Bring accessories (scissors, thread, etc.), sewing machines, irons, and ironing boards as feasible.
Bag Filling: Sunday, September 7, after church.
Blessing of the Bags: Sunday, September 14, at SAFE Headquarters, 4800 Manor Rd. We are honored to be invited to bless the bags at their location. (Detailed directions and parking information will be provided.)
With some families away for Labor Day, we hope to have all remaining hands “on deck.” In addition to offering a meaningful service, these gatherings are a lot of fun and a wonderful way to build community.
