About this Event

Join us for the Safe Sleep Symposium and gain valuable insights from experts dedicated to improving outcomes for babies and families. Keynote presenters Magan Dunbar, MHA, RRT-NPS, maternal mental health advocate and host of The Maternal Mind Podcast, and Jessica Gonzalez-Latchaw, MS, LPC, will explore the critical connection between maternal mental health and safe sleep. Together, they will discuss perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, gaps in support, and practical strategies for better supporting mothers and families. Ashley Olson, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant and founder of Heaven Sent Sleep, will share evidence-based, real-world strategies in her presentation, When Safe Sleep Meets Real Life, helping families successfully navigate safe sleep recommendations while fostering connection and restful sleep.

Following the presentations, engage with a multidisciplinary panel of professionals who will share their unique perspectives, experiences, and practical insights for supporting safe sleep and family well-being. Together, these sessions will provide valuable tools, professional expertise, and family-centered approaches to help create safer sleep environments for every baby.
