This is a beginners workshop for those interested in holding a safe space or starting out on learning sound healing. This is purely for beginners to learn about the sounds and how they impact the body and what constitutes holding a safe space. I will cover the journey of sound, the impact and effect on the body, holding space and time for you to explore.
You are welcome to bring your own instruments but you will also have an opportunity to explore my own Sound Healing kit with the following:
Crystal and Tibetan bowls
Large Moon Gong
Crystal Pyramid
Hand Pan
Steel Tongue Drum
Celtic Drum
This is an introduction for you to explore if you are considering your own Sound Healing Journey or you are just wanting to learn and explore more. Please feel free to ask any questions ahead of the session.
