Sadie Strong Wellness Workshops: “Ask the Doctor: A Community Conversation

Join us as we host a community conversation about our health with local medical experts and practitioners. We will discuss health inequities in our communities, address some of the major health concerns that the doctors are currently treating and answer some of your pressing questions about your health. Our goal is to equip you with valuable knowledge and the confidence to advocate for your health.

The Sadie Strong Wellness Workshop Series provides education, resources and support to help make positive choices about your health, self-care and wellbeing. The workshops are free and will be facilitated by local experts in their field who champion their profession with knowledge, care and compassion.
