On October 17, 2025, Brasserie Sacrilege (Montpellier, France) launches the third edition of “Vendanges”: four new grape pomace beers released simultaneously in 30+ bars across Europe and the USA. Join us at Monk's for this special event showcasing indigenous fermentation, barrel-aging, and the meeting of beer and wine culture.Featured beers for October 17:
LE PIC 2025
7% alc.
Blend of sour beer, fermented on Syrah, Grenache,
and Carignan grape pomace from the 2022, 2023, and 2024 harvests.
// Sour beer, lively, bold, and complex, with delicate notes of fruit and grape — a hybrid between a natural sparkling wine and a wild beer. Funky, tannic finish.
LA COMBE 2025 dry hop barbe rouge
6.2% alc.
Blend of sour beer, fermented on Grenache and Syrah grape pomace from the 2024 harvest. Light dry-hopping with Barbe Rouge.
// A rounder, fruitier blend than "Le Pio," with a more
restrained acidity. The Barbe Rouge dry hop enhances the fruity, juicy character of the blend. Notes of red and dark berries, citrus, with a lighter, more delicate finish.
CUVÉE COURSON 2025
5% alc.
Blend of beer fermented on Roussanne and Grenache Blanc grape pomace, barrel-aged, and combined with a freshly brewed, light and hoppy beer.
// Light, refreshing, dry, and bitter beer. The barrel aged
grape ales, slightly tart, balance the bitterness and bring a fruity touch and freshness to the blend, which remains characterized by the yeast from our "Saison Antoine."
CUVÉE BOURGEON 2025 dry hop triskel
6.5% alc.
Blend of sour beer, fermented on Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Rolle, Clairette, and Bourboulene grape pomace from Domaine de Inebriati (Pic St Loup), with a light dry-hopping using Triskel.
// Sour and fruity beer, more intense than the "Cuvée Courson." Bold notes of stone fruits. Evokes a sparkling white wine, supported by a solid structure and a lively, refreshing finish. Long finish with complex fermentation notes.
