It's time for a new way for the Feminine to flourish. Off the hamster wheel + into healing the divine feminine energy within us
This will be an all women sacred journey into surrendering and allowing yourself to feel, share and to express fully. 🤍
We will sit with beautiful nurturing energies to reset our lives. This circle is designed to explore our heart centre and the ability to soften and surrender.
This is an intuitively guided safe journey to connect within using meditation, visualization, and somatic practices such as breathwork, tapping, intuitive movements, high frequency music, and energy healing. Finally we will have a share circle to learn from and celebrate each other, creating lasting positive shifts in our lives as a collective.
This is an invitation to all of you beautiful women to join me into sacred reset + healing space to embrace your feminine energy in a heart opening experience.

Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, an eye mask, a pen and journal. Wear comfortable clothing, and preferably no makeup.
