You are invited to join us on Friday 17 May for Sacred Women's Circle!
Held at Palmyra Yoga Shala, this circle is a safe and nurturing space for women to come together and connect, share, and receive.
Our circles will run fortnightly, allowing you to make heart-felt connections and supportive networks with each other.
Exchange: $40 for one circle, or $70 for two tickets
What to expect:
- connecting with yourself and other like-minded women
- sacred sharing circle
- heart opening Ceremonial Cacao
- guided meditation with sound healing by sound healing practitioner
- honouring of seasonal sabbats and nature's cycles (e.g. winter solstice)
- menstrual cycle awareness practices from a menstrual cycle coach
- themed group discussions and partner work (e.g. honouring autumn equinox, or how to work with the premenstrum)
