Shideh Etaat is an Iranian-American writer and coach. Rooted in mindfulness-based and trauma-informed approaches as well as our innate ability as story tellers, she supports feely humans through life transitions, shake ups, releasing old ways of being and creating a new way forward. She is founder of Aramesh Well Being and author of the YA novel Rana Joon and the One & Only Now.
