During this experience you will:
💧 Learn how the water element supports emotional regulation & release
💧 Experience a guided cord-release meditation
💧 Create a personal ritual bath blend or intention water vial
💧 Receive sound or tuning fork vibrational clearing
💧 Participate in a letting-go ceremony
This ceremony is deeply calming and regulating for the nervous system. Expect emotional relief, clarity, and a sense of spaciousness inside — like exhaling after holding your breath too long.
