The effects of proper training is always developing your character and self-control, improving life force, mental clarity and harmony. Since true Martial Arts were based on the oneness-principle violence and dishonor is effectively eradicated. True mastery of Karate is to never have to use it. Because when state of oneness stabilizes it cannot be conquered.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫:
Runi started instructing Karate already as a 15 year old and got his first black belt when he was 17 in 1987. He learned from the sensei´s of the golden age of Shotokan Karate. After he graduated to Sandan (3rd Dan) in `96 he went independent and has focused on healing and other spiritual sciences using the discipline and awareness he gained from rigorous Karate-training. He has since studied the spiritual side of martial arts quite extensively and has also developed a mastery of the way of the sword. He offers lessons on this with bokken (wooden samurai sword) together with personal Karate instruction. He is known to be a very effective and methodic sensei and has instructed hundreds of students.
