Sacred Tobacco & Sound Ceremony

Jake Lindsay's path is that of a bridge keeper intended to integrate the “forgotten ways” into the present allowing us to live more purposefully. After two years of bonding with the spirit of Sacred Tobacco, Jake began to lend an offering to those called to it. Jake's offerings currently incorporate sound, sacred grandfather medicine (sacred tobacco) and lineage bestowed aeonic patterns.

Alexandria Kaye is the creator of Ascending Tribe and whilst, doesn’t usually attach to labels due to the evolutionary nature of our being however, purely for the purposes of explaining what she embodies, is a Conscious Creator, Intuitive Wayseer and a Sound Alchemist. Currently, she co-creates and holds sacred space alongside many other beings of light to pass on powerful tools and techniques of self-development which she herself has learnt along her path.

WHAT IS SACRED TOBACCO: Hapè is a powerful and beautiful healing medicine made from a sacred tobacco different from it's western counterpart and is traditionally made by indigenous Shamans from an array of tribes in South America used as a spiritual tool. It provides a calming, grounding effect on the emotions which is paired well with sound alchemy to allow a deeper journey. The medicine can be blended with a variety of herbs, flowers, seeds, plants and vines in order to attain a desired effect. The creation process will include extensive prayer to the sacred spirits of nature and other worlds. Always combined with love and healing as the core essence of this medicine’s intention for the recipient.

WHAT IS SOUND ALCHEMY: Sound Alchemy incorporates entrainment on a cellular level, which is a law of physics alongside various shamanic sound instruments and vocal vibrations to bring you back into alignment and balance on all levels. Entrainment occurs when two or more oscillating bodies lock into phase so that they vibrate in harmony with one another.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE: This completely depends upon your intention before entering into sacred ceremony whether it be to release or receive what you desire. The purpose of entering into any sacred space is to honour yourself, your healing and your connection. You may experience deep spiritual states including deep meditation, lucid dreaming and moments of realisation leading to further clarity, joy, assurance and freedom.

WHAT TO EXPECT: We will be starting at 1pm where we will go through introductions and intentions before opening ceremony ready to receive the sacred hapé medicine followed by a sound alchemy journey and we will finish with a sharing circle and refreshments and then close ceremony at 5pm.

WHAT TO BRING: Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a notepad and pen if you wish and any extra pillows/blankets you would like to bring however the venue has everything we need in terms of comfort. The venue is well heated and clean. Snacks and hot drinks will be served after ceremony.

PLEASE NOTE: Please arrive at 1pm sharp as we will be opening the space at 1:15pm. As much as we would prefer not to turn anyone away, we must respect the space once it has been opened and respect the experience for everyone who has arrived promptly as we have the venue for an allocated time.
