In this 4 hour workshop and certification, you will explore the art and science of Sacred Spirals sequencing, integrating modern movement, yoga traditions, and energetic flows.
Every participant will have access to virtual sample practices led by Megan Hochheimer, and each online class will build off information presented at the workshop, so you can continue to learn at home. Every student will also take home a detailed planning workbook for future flows and brainstorming.
