Dance your Prayers!Our practice is on Thursday this month.
The Green Tara practice is a moving meditation. These Tantric Buddhist practices that we will work with, invoking Tara, the Great Mother of Wisdom and Compassion, are composed of various rituals, prayers, mantras, Mudras and meditations.
Through Dance, Song & Prayer we embody the qualities of the Divine Feminine as described in the ancient puja/prayer “The 21 Praises of Tara”
Celebrate with Adora in dancing these qualities of Tara that were created by Prema Dasara to benefit all beings.
When: Thursday October 6th.
(USUALLY THE FIRST TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH.)
