This event is meant to help ground, reconnect, and restore your body, mind and spirit so you can step into the week ahead from a refreshed state. This event happens in 3 parts:-Guided Meditation
-Bliss Session
-Shamanic drumming and singing bowls
We will have zafus, bolsters and pillows. If you need anything else please feel free to bring whatever you need to feel comfortable.
Guided meditation: will be different every week and will cover issues such as; manifestation, self-confidence, love, connection, chakra balancing and spirit animal retrieval.
Bliss session: this is a very special form of healing. Bliss sessions are group healings where we draw on ecstatic moments in our lives and direct that energy to an intention to heal, channel and receive messages from our guides.
Shamanic drumming and singing bowls: “sonic driving” has been used in many shamanic practices to raise energy to be used for healing and intention setting. You are free to bring your own drums, singing bowls, rattles, and noise makers but you are welcome to use ours.
This will be a weekly event, and we are very excited to bring it to our community. We’ll be seeing you soon.
The cost of Sacred Sunday is $20 and will cover the 3 hour session. We hope to see you there.
